2020 EC12 Club Championship

The newest EC12 in HAMYC’s fleet was just completed in time for the regatta. Wearing a suit of old sails, she will be sporting sail number 544 next season.
Four of our five boats made it out for the 11 races under beautiful conditions with a great SW breeze off the ocean.

Postponing the Season Start

In keeping with the ordinance of physical distancing, it is in the best interest of all our members and for our own personal safety that we abide by the rules and postpone getting together until the all-clear is given and we are safe to resume activities.

In the meantime, we can be hopeful that this will end soon and for now take some time to enjoy getting our boats prepared for fun-filled days ahead. 

We will keep you updated on information as it becomes available and a new start date for the opening regatta.

2019 Soling 1M Canadian Championship

After two full days of sailing in variable conditions Bob Boutilier of Bedford, NS became the Soling 1M Canadian Champion for 2019. Gary Bugden was just two points behind in second and Janice Anderson was third.

The fall weather was near perfect allowing Race Director Jim Goddard to set competitive windward, leeward courses for thirty-six very close races. Click Here to download the full results.
