Water level is critical!
The lack of rain has meant that the dam above Sullivan’s Pond which holds the water in Lake Banook leaves us high and dry. In the photo you can see Mount Bugden is now an isthmus, rather than a shoal.
Rain is in the forecast but probably not enough to reverse this situation in the short term. Keep an eye out for relocation news if it is necessary.

Weeds! We had some weeds on Tursday evening. Hopefully the rain expected will raise the water and diminish the weed effect. Just a reminder, racing on Sunday is planned for the Cranberry Pond in Lunenburg.

What a great day to be sailing at Sullivan’s Pond. The wind offered lot’s of changes in velocity and direction, so no lead was safe. Lot’s of opportunities to move up or fall back in the fleet.
