A couple of members sailed their first regatta today with Ward Slobodesky and Francois Dardenne one the line for their first major event. Ward sailed #57 while Boots took care of the Race Director duties and for the first day on the water did well. Some major shifts, some light patches, some bumps but all turned our well. Doc even had to swim out to the island to fetch his boat forcing him to miss the final race.
